Volunteer at Pride!

We are currently seeking passionate volunteers to assist with the 2026 Pride Festival on Saturday, June 13th!

​

Ideal volunteers are community-minded, equality-driven, and eager to use their skills to help the Smyrna Pride festival be the best yet.

 

Volunteers can either be LGBTQ+ or an ally, living in the Smyrna area or simply passionate about Smyrna Pride! 


Applications are due by June 6th!

  • Pre-Pride Volunteer Meet-Up is on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:30 PM. Details below.
     

  • The 2026 Smyrna Pride Festival is on Saturday, June 13th from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Volunteering at Pride

Pre-Pride Volunteer Meet-Up | June 9th, 6:30 PM 

WHEN
Tuesday, June 9th. Arrive at 6:00 for parking & mingling. Meeting to start at 6:30 PM.

WHERE 
Outside Smyrna StillFire Brewery. The Smyrna Pride Board will be in Pink T-Shirts. 

TIME
Arrive at 6:00 PM to park and mingle with your fellow volunteers! Meeting to start at 6:30 PM. 

WHAT IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT

If you aren't able to make this meet-up, that's okay! Please still arrive to the Pride Festival at the time of your chosen shift and check-in at the Pride Volunteer Tent. 

 

This tent will be located directly next to Stout Brothers. There you will receive your T-Shirt and instructions for your volunteer shift. 


I'M UNDER 18, CAN I VOLUNTEER? 
Certainly! Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. 

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Yes, of course! And, filling out this form helps ensure that you are assigned to shifts with folx you'd like to work with.

WHAT IF I SIGN UP AND HAVE TO CANCEL? 

Stuff happens. If you can let us know that you can't make it one week out (or as soon as possible) via email, we'd be greatly appreciative! 

​

Unless it's an emergency, please don't wait until 24 - 48 hours before Pride, as we won't be able to fill your volunteer spot.
