Liz McDaniel is the Director of Development and Engagement at Georgia Appleseed. A lifelong nonprofit professional, Liz is passionate about building joyful, connected communities and working toward a world that is safe, welcoming, and equitable for all. When she’s not working, Liz can be found reading, baking, and seeking out new adventures (and food!) both locally and around the globe. After relocating from Seattle to Georgia in 2021, Liz now calls Smyrna home, where she lives with her husband Kris and dog Walter.
